CANCELLATION POLICY
Payment types: ONLY Cash or ZELLE are accepted. Arrival & Late Arrivals: Please try to arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time with clean/makeup free eyes and lashes. Extra time cleaning your lashes will mean less time lashing. If arrive 10 minutes PAST your scheduled appointment time, we reserve the right to consider you a no-show. Vívida Vida Lash is not held responsible for late arrivals. Due to the nature of my business, I do not rush services or purposely run the next client late. Lash appointments can take 2-3.5 hours so please plan accordingly! Cancellations and No-Shows: Cancellations received less than 48 hours in advance of scheduled service time will result in 85% charge of the service no exceptions. No call/No show appointments your card on file will be charged 85% of scheduled service and you will be banned from the booking site no exceptions. Account Balance In the event the card on file is not accepted for late cancellation or no show appointments then an account balance will occur. We require that all clients pay their account balance to (0) prior to the receiving further services. Appointment Confirmations All appointments are considered confirmed at the time of scheduling the appointment. Vívida Vida Lash may send courtesy text message and email confirmation of all scheduled services. You may choose to opt out of confirmation text messages or email notifications. Refund Policy You are paying for the artists time, product and other expenses used to provide you with the service. No refunds will be given for any reason on services or products. If you are unhappy with a service, you may contact me within 72 hours of your appointment to discuss concerns. Any concerns addressed after the 72 hours of your last appointment, or if you failed to follow proper aftercare instructions, you will be charged full price for the service. New Client & Fills At Vívida Vida Lash my priority is your natural lash health and eye safety. Therefore, if you are coming in for a touch up from another lash artist, then you agree that there is a possibility your current extensions may need to be removed and a new set will be applied at a appropriate full set price. This will be discussed and fully explained to you prior to any service being performed. 2-3 Week Fills- You MUST have at least 40% of your set remaining (anything less will be considered a fullset, please reach out if your'e not sure how much you have remaining. I recommend a 2-3 week fills for all my clients as i am very meticulous and attentive to ensuring good lash attachment + retention, however every client's lashes are different and retention may vary so book sooner if needed! Children and Pets For your safety, Relaxation, and the courtesy of other clients, children under the age of 18 are not permitted unless receiving a scheduled service. Pets are not permitted by state law. If children or pets are present, the appointment will be cancelled, rescheduled, and subject to a cancellation fee up to 85% of the scheduled service cost. Exemption: Animals trained expressly for assistance under the Americans with Disability Act to confirm with State of Colorado regulations. ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND MUST BE PAID AT THE TIME OF SERVICE
